Making Health Simple

Simple Health Education (SHE) was created to transform complex health information into practical knowledge that helps older adults and caregivers make healthier decisions with confidence.

WHY SHE EXISTS

Older adults and caregivers often receive health information without enough time to ask questions or explore how it applies to everyday life. I created SHE to make room for that conversation. Through engaging, on-site workshops, participants can learn, ask questions, and leave with practical steps they feel ready to use.

When people understand their health they gain confidence. When they gain confidence, they make healthier choices that can lead to healthier more independent lives.
